Tourism-purpose rental permit (Law No. 7464)
Türkiye’s Law No. 7464 governs tourism-purpose residential rentals (stays of up to 100 days). Every apartment on AntalyaCityAparts must hold a valid tourism rental permit or suitable accommodation document, which our team verifies before the listing is published.
Identity notification (Law No. 1774)
Accommodation providers in Türkiye must record guest identity. We collect passport / national-ID details at booking so the host can meet this obligation. This data is stored securely and used only for legal compliance.

Taxes
Guest prices include the applicable accommodation tax (konaklama vergisi). Owners are responsible for their own income/VAT obligations.
