1. About the platform
AntalyaCityAparts (“the platform”) is an online marketplace that connects guests with verified, independently-owned serviced apartments in Antalya, Türkiye. The platform facilitates bookings between guests and apartment owners (“hosts”).
2. Bookings & payment
A booking request creates no obligation until a host approves it and you complete payment. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable accommodation taxes. Confirmed dates are subject to the listing’s cancellation policy.
3. Guest responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking and identity information (required by Turkish Law No. 1774), to respect each apartment’s house rules, and to be responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
4. Host responsibilities
Hosts warrant that their apartments are legally let, hold the required tourism rental permit and documents, and are accurately described. The platform verifies documents but is not the owner or operator of the apartments.
5. Liability
The platform acts as an intermediary. It is not liable for the condition of an apartment, host conduct, or events during a stay, except as required by applicable law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This document is a general summary and will be finalised with legal counsel before commercial launch.
