How it works for hosts

Create your account
Register as a host and complete your profile (tax/IBAN, contact).

Upload your documents
Add your tourism rental permit, ownership proof and ID. Our team verifies them — the permit must be yours.

Add your apartment
Photos, amenities, location, house rules and your net price — at least 5 photos per unit.
- 04
Get booked
Once approved and published, guests find and request your apartment.
