- Identity documents required by Turkish Law No. 1774 (passport / national ID), stored securely.
- For hosts: company/tax details, IBAN and uploaded verification documents.
How we use it
To process bookings, verify listings and identity, communicate about your stay, handle payments and payouts, and meet our legal obligations.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure. Sensitive documents are kept private and access-controlled; apartment photos become public only once a listing is approved.
